This picture is from a series of pictures take at a Jubilee celebration in the downtown area on September 25, 1908.  Possibly a celebration of the opening of the new bridge that replaced one washed away by the flood on March 9, 1908.

This postcard is at the corner of Hammond Street and Broadway. Stores identified in the picture are the Murdock & Dickerson Hardware Store, L. D. Balcom Dry Goods, and George F. Minto Company. Would guess the year to be after 1915.
