Bostwick Home/Methodist Church Parsonage

The postcard picture of the Bostwick Home that was located on the NW Corner of Broadway and Charlotte Streets was scanned while visiting the Hammond House in September 2013.  The home was then willed to the Methodist Church who used the home as their parsonage until sometime in the 1950's when it was demolished to build the Sinclair Station.

Methodist Church Parsonage

Methodist Church Parsonage was located on the northwest corner of Charlotte and Broadway.  The parsonage was torn down in the early 1950's to build the Sinclair Station.

Downtown in the late 1950's

More recent picture of downtown (compared to other postcards, this one is rather new). Probably the only store front that's the same in the whole picture is the bank, and I am sure it's name has changed a few times since this picture was taken. Would guess the picture to be from the mid 1950's.
