2nd Grade - Union City

Another picture from the box sent to me from Stan Smith. The only thing noted on this picture - 2nd grade Union City, and the name Helen is written above the little girl standing on the right side of the picture. On the rear of the picture it has the name Helen Howard.

Checking the 1920 census, we find a Helen Howard living on St. Joseph Street in Union City. Her age is listed as 6 and she is the daughter of Alfred and Ethel Howard and her siblings listed are Harriet age 8, and Huberta age 4. Harriet Howard is listed as a graduate in the class of 1927, but do not find Helen in the list of Union City graduates. Do not find the family living in Union City in the 1930 census.
